Cancellation Policy

At Hampton Timber we understand that schedules can change, and unexpected circumstances can arise. However, to ensure efficient service and fair allocation of our time, we kindly ask that all clients adhere to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy for surveys:

Cancellation or Rescheduling Notice:

48-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled survey.

Cancellations within 48 hours: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of [X]% of the survey cost (or a fixed amount) will apply. This fee covers the time and resources reserved for your survey.

No-Show Policy:

Missed Appointments: If you do not attend the property at the scheduled time of the survey without prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the survey. We rely on timely appointments to serve all clients effectively, and missed appointments impact our ability to do so.
